2025 Season from May 1st until September 25th

• Twin beds or doubles are sea facing  – tariff date dependant – includes a cooked breakfast – minimum 2 night stay at weekends.
• Twin or doubles cancellation policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £100.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s paid is non-refundable.

• Family rooms are sea facing– sleeps 4  £300.00 B&B per room per night – minimum 2 night stay – suitable for 14 years and under.
• Family rooms cancellation policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £150.00 per room booked. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s paid is non-refundable.

• Private self contained family Bolt Hole Cabin (non sea view)  – £400.00 per night –  sleeps 6 – minimum 2 nights -adjacent to the hotel – accommodation suitable for children 14 years or under.

• Private self contained family Bolt Hole Cabin cancellation policy : We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £175.00 per booking. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room rate/s paid is non-refundable.

• Travelling with your dog? They are most welcome to join you here at the hotel in one of our dog friendly rooms for £25.00 per dog per night.

Please note: Due to our remote location and the resulting lack of passing trade, we ask that cancellations are made in writing/email otherwise the appropriate room rate/s will be levied.

• Breakfast – includes cooked breakfast option (s), muesli, cereals, porridge,  toast and jams, yogurt, fruit juice, fresh fruit and a selection of teas/pot of ground coffee. Breakfast available between 08.00 and 09.30.

• Evening meal  – We offer evening meals –  meals available between 18.30 and 20.30.
