Hotel Cancellation Policy

The hotel operates a 7 day cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled in our 2025 season before this time will get a full refund of the deposit paid less an administrative charge of £100.00 per booked room for twin bedded or double room/£150.00 per booked room for family rooms and £175.00 for family Bolt Hole Cabin facility. Bookings cancelled after this time the full room/s rate/s is levied/non refundable.

Please note: Due to our extreme remote location and no passing trade we request all cancellations be made in writing/email otherwise the room rate (s) will be levied accordingly, thank you.

Pre purchasing travel insurance before you set off may be supportive for you – in the event of cancellation.
